Who is the Excel Expert?
| The Excel Expert is Carl Nixon, a freelance Excel programmer and data analyst with over 20 years experience of business data management and analysis.
In this time, Carl has worked with major insurance companies, global household brands and international utility companies. |

Where are you based and where do you work?
| Excel Expert is based in the UK, but works all around the world. Previous clients come from all over the UK, the US, Europe and Australia. |
Do you provide on-site services?
| Yes we do and we travel anywhere in the World! However travel and accommodation costs will be met by the client directly. |
What quotation terms do you offer?
| We can provide quotation terms to suit your business needs. We can quote hourly/daily/weekly rates or we can quote a fixed price for a project. |
What payment methods do you accept?
| We accept payments by cheque, cash or direct payment in to a bank account. We also accept payment by PayPal. Please note we operate on a cleared funds basis and may not release the project until funds are cleared.

What are your payment terms?
| Payment terms will be agreed prior to any work being carried out.
Depending on the size of the project we may require payment in full or in part prior to starting any work. |
How can I ensure my project is proceeding as expected?
| During the development process we will issue beta versions of the project at key points. This allows you to monitor the progress of your work and to test the project performs as expected.
Beta copies are work in progress only and should not be used for anything other than testing. |
What size projects does the Excel Expert work on?
| Excel Expert works on projects of all sizes. Projects range in size from creating simple formulas to creating a complete suite of bespoke applications. They work for companies that range in size from one man operations through to global corporations. |
What guaranties do you offer?
| If you find any bugs in your project in the first year we will fix it free of charge, as long as it remains within the scope of the original project. |
Do you provide Excel training?
| Unfortunately we don’t offer training services. However if you contact us here, we will be more than happy to recommend a company in your area. |
