Where are you based and where do you work?
Although Excel-Expert.com is based in the UK, we work all around the world. Previous clients come from the UK, USA, Europe and Australia.
Do you provide on-site services?
Yes we do and we travel anywhere in the World! However travel and accommodation costs will be met by the client directly.
What quotation terms do you offer?
We can provide quotation terms to suit your business needs. We can quote hourly/daily/weekly rates or we can quote a fixed price for a project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by cheque, cash or direct payment in to a bank account. We also accept payment by PayPal. Please note we operate on a cleared funds basis and may not release the project until funds are cleared. Clients responsible for all banking charges (PayPal fees, exchange commissions etc)
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required with all orders, with the remaining balance payable on delivery of the project.
How can I ensure my project is proceeding as expected?
During the development process we will issue beta versions of the project at key points. This allows you to monitor the progress of your work and to test the project performs as expected.
Beta copies are work in progress only and should not be used for anything other than testing.
What size projects do Excel-Expert.com work on on?
We work on projects of all sizes. As the old saying goes, “No job too big, no job too small”
What guaranties do you offer?
If you find any bugs in your project in the first year we will fix it free of charge, as long as it remains within the scope of the original project.
