Calibre – Real time Excel sales dashboard

Calibre Search & Selection were a specialist recruitment company servicing the engineering and planning industries that needed a way to increase their sales.

Calibre already had an existing motivational bonus scheme rewarding bookings and sales. However, the staff only received feedback on how well they were doing once a week.

Calibre decided to replace their paperwork based system with Real time Excel sales dashboard displayed on a large plasma screen in the sales office.

We created a series of bespoke Real time Excel sales dashboards that processed live sales and telephone data before displaying the live results on the screen.

The dashboard reports reflected the top performers along with their performance figures in a variety of categories.
