Unit Superheaters needed a way to project manage their workloads throughout their production facility, so they commissioned the Excel Expert to provide them with bespoke Excel project management software.
To allow the Unit managers to use Excel for project management, the Excel Expert produced bespoke Excel project management software that let them plan in a graphical environment, giving them instant feedback on planning decisions.
The Excel project management software developed by the Excel Expert uses dashboard reports to show the workload against the resources available, allowing their planners to instantly identify any problems.

Prior to this Unit SuperHeaters were using a pen and paper solution as no software was available that addressed the complexities of their business. Using Excel for project management has resulted in far more efficient use of staff and resources.
