With an ever increasing portfolio of property to use for charitable projects, Corporate Citizenship needed a property management tool to track the use of all their donated properties.
The bespoke property management tool we developed for Corporate Citizenship has now been translated in to several languages for use in offices around the world. It is also now in use by several of Corporate Citizenship’s key clients.

The Client
Corporate Citizenship help and encourage corporations to become sustainable and to become involved with the local community around them. This often results in unused buildings being donated for use by charities.
The Problem
As a result of their work, Corporate Citizenship now manage a number of properties around the UK. These properties range from simple market stalls to exhibition halls.
They needed a property management tool to ensure that they got the maximum usage of these donated buildings and facilities.
The Solution
We worked closely with the Corporate Citizenship to identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) vital to their business. From their we produced a property management tool that calculated and presented these key performance indicators in an easy to understand format.
The use of Building was divided in to several key categories including;
- Associated values
- Number of people benefiting from its use
- Types of charities making use of the available properties.
The fully automated reporting tool has been such a success we have recently translated it in to French, for their new office in France.
