GRD Credit Services needed a custom CRM tool to manage thousands of client contact details. Up to this point their CRM consisted of a combination of Excel spreadsheets and contacts in Outlook. We combined everything in one easy to use package.
Our simple but powerful tool now helps GRD maintain their thousands of records.

The Client
A debt management company managing invoices and collecting payment for a number of companies throughout the UK.
The Problem
GRD were receiving raw data dumps from their clients on a daily basis to update the status of various accounts. These needed processing by a CRM tool to identify new invoices, new debts and invoices that now needed chasing for non-payment.
Due to the format the data was arriving in, this was a time consuming cutting, pasting and filtering exercise to complete.
The Solution
We developed an Excel based CRM tool that automatically processed these files in to a variety of reports. It also provided a customer management screen that allowed the user to view all the data on an individual client before contacting them. This let them view all their invoices, which ones were overdue and a summary report on balances owed etc.

The GRD main action screen allows the user to quickly and easily work with the data provided
The application used Microsoft Outlook to store contact information making it available to other applications that GRD were using.

The Result
The application greatly reduced the amount of time needed each day to process files before contacting clients, as a result GRD were able to concentrate more on the key elements of their business.
